This practice includes a warm-up using resistance bands, helping to strengthen muscles through their entire range of motion. and incorporates both traditional yoga asanas and sequences focused specifically on core cultivation. Core-specific sequences strengthen and lengthen the core (trunk) while helping to bring a strong, balanced body. The practice ends with a cool down and savasana (relaxation pose). These classes are suitable for beginners.
