Mike McCabe

Mike was initially drawn to yoga for its benefits in developing strength and flexibility.  He soon discovered that while yoga certainly builds these physical characteristics, its benefits reach far deeper.  Mike’s classes encourage the practitioner to develop patience, awareness, confidence and self-compassion – on and off the yoga mat.

Mike’s classes are welcoming and accessible, and are suitable for all levels.  Rooted in a classical Vinyasa style, Mike incorporates customizations and variety to allow students to grow and challenge themselves while remaining stable and comfortable.  Aligning body, breath and movement, Mike brings a mindfulness approach to yoga, and a calm manner that welcomes, encourages and reassures.
